Danylo Movchan

Danylo Movchan (born 1979, Lviv) is a Ukrainian artist engaged in icon painting, painting and restoration. He studied at the restoration department of the Ivan Trush Lviv State College of Decorative and Applied Arts. After that, he studied at the sacral art department of the Lviv National Academy of Arts. Member of the Ukrainian Union of Icon Painters. The author’s works are in churches and private collections in Ukraine, Poland, Germany, Finland, Italy, France, Canada and the USA. Participant of over 90 group exhibitions and several international plein airs in Ukraine and abroad.
