Spilne Art presents the first analysis of the Ukrainian art market for 2021-2023.
Spilne Art presented the first comprehensive study of the Ukrainian art market. Covering the period from 2021 to 2023, the study highlights key events, market trends, changes in supply and demand, as well as important achievements of Ukrainian artists at the national and international levels.
Despite the widespread belief that there is no established market, this analysis demonstrates a significant interest in Ukrainian art, especially after the increased global attention following the war. The study includes interviews with gallerists, artists, art dealers and collectors, and opens up new perspectives for the development of the art sector, with a focus on its integration into the global context.
The research and data collection was initiated by the contemporary art platform Spilne Art. The data was analysed by the consulting company SaturdayTeam.
The results were presented at MacPaw Space with the participation of leading international and Ukrainian experts. The Algorithm of Actions platform also joined the event’s partners.
